Returns and Refunds Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase please return it to us within 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.
If you think you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item please contact us at email@example.com and we will assist you.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: we are unable to replace or refund items damaged through improper laundering, so please follow the care label of the garment when washing. If you are unsure about washing of your items, please contact us for advice.
XO Kids does not exchange swimwear or underwear, if you have changed your mind for hygiene purposes.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at us firstname.lastname@example.org.
