2. Are your clothes true to size?
Yes, XO Kids' clothing is sourced from New Zealand, Australian and US based suppliers, so the items are true to size for New Zealand babies.
Many of the items include sizing charts so please check out our individual product pages to view the sizing guide for your product.
3. What are my payment options
You are able to pay via Credit Card, Bank Transfer,If you would prefer to make a direct bank transfer, please email me and I will send you the bank account details for payment.
4. When will I receive my order once shipped?
Within New Zealand I use the Post NZ post overnight delivery service for shipping.
While NZ Post endeavors to get your parcel to you the next working day, it can take slightly longer for the parcel to get to you at peak times or if you are in a remote location. In most cases your parcel will be delivered within 1-3 working days.
5. Can you ship internationally?
Yes, I can. Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm international shipping rates.
6. When will my goods will be dispatched?
For all items that are currently in stock I aim to dispatch your goods within 1 to 2 working day of your receipt of your order.
For pre-order items, I will dispatch your goods within 1 to 2 working day of receipt of your products (please see your specific pre-order product for estimated delivery).
Either way, I will send you a dispatch notification to the email address you have supplied during checkout.
7. When will my goods arrive?
I strive for delivery within 1-3 days of order placement within New Zealand. Depending on your location, and the time you placed your order, you could receive your goods same day or next day.
8. The product I want is out of stock, when will you have more?
If you find a product you want to order but it is out of stock, please contact me at email@example.com
I may have another shipment on its way, or about to place an order for that item. You can also choose to do a prepayment of these items, and I will make sure you get what you want as soon as it arrives. Just send me an email with the details of the product you wish to purchase and we can discuss your options.
9. I am trying to find a specific item, but haven't had any luck so far, are you able to help?
Yes I can try! If there is a specific item you have seen or would like to buy, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details and I will try my best to source the item for you!

12. What currency will I be charged in?
All purchases from XO Kids will be billed in New Zealand dollars (NZD)
13. Do you have a retail store?
No, currently I do not have a retail store. XO Kids is solely an online store, but if you are in the Rotorua area and would like to collect your items, pickups can be arranged from Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 2.30pm.
